Episode 27 of Inciting A Riot: the Podcast. Today we're Inciting A Christian Riot, which kicks off our 10-month series of the top 10 world religions - yes, it was the world religions list that was picked. We talk about the basic tenets of Christianity, and have a strangely synchronistic list of Christian-related segments.
News: A lesbian Christian singer, Mike Huckabee proves he's an ass...again, Obama rocks, and Deepak Chopra causes an earthquake - whether literally or figuratively will be left up to you.
Word of the Day: verdure
Gripe Department: The Roman Catholic church blames the priest sex abuse scandal on homosexuality, and we all learn what a pedophile ACTUALLY is. (So, please use the term correctly from now on.)
Book Review: We're discussing the Inciting A Riot Book Club book The Year of Living Biblically by A.J. Jacobs. It's an excellent read and full of interesting Biblical tidbits and hilarious exploits.
Poetry: Who will save my soul?
Music: Double dose of music today with What if I stumble? by DC Talk and Up to the mountain sung by Kelly Clarkson.
